Where do you change your password, check your credits, or bring back something you deleted? All of it lives in Settings. Open the menu with your name at the top right and choose Settings.

Settings has five tabs: Profile, Preferences, Billing, Usage, and Recently deleted.
Profile and password
The Profile tab holds your display name and an optional organization. Your email address appears there too, but it cannot be changed.
This is also where you set a password. If you do not have one yet, the section is called Set a password. If you do, it is Change password, and you enter your current password first. A password needs to be 10 to 128 characters and cannot be your email address.
The sign-in screen has a "Sign in with a password" link, which works once you have set one. Forgot it? Press "Forgot password?" and we will email you a reset link. You can always use Google or a magic link instead.
Preferences
Choose Light, Dark, or System for how Storybench looks. It changes straight away, and pressing Save changes keeps it for your account on other devices.
Billing
The Billing tab lists your plan, its status, and when it renews, plus your credits: what is available now, how much is left of your monthly plan credits, and any top-ups. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle, and top-ups never expire.
If you are a member, Manage plan opens our payment partner's customer portal, where you can update your card or change your plan, and Buy credits takes you to the top-up packs. If you are not a member yet, Subscribe takes you to the plans. Not sure what costs credits? See browsing and costs.
Usage
The Usage tab is a simple summary: how much storage your images and references take up, and a running tally of credit use. For your balance, your monthly credits, and your top-ups, use the Billing tab.
Recently deleted
When you delete a World or a book, it does not vanish at once. It waits here for 40 days, then it is removed for good. Each row says when you deleted it and how many days are left, and Restore puts it back exactly as it was. The sample World is the one exception: deleting it is permanent. More on this in the recycle bin.
