The recycle bin

When you generate reference pictures for a character, setting, or prop, you keep the ones you like and discard the rest. The good news: discarding is not the same as deleting forever.

Discarded pictures rest in the bin

Every World has its own recycle bin. When you discard a generated reference picture, it goes there rather than vanishing. So if you change your mind, that option you passed on is still around.

Restoring one

If you decide a discarded picture was actually the one you wanted, you can restore it from the bin. Restoring brings it back into use as a reference again. This is handy when you generate several options, keep one, and later realise a different one suited the character better.

A couple of things to know

  • It is per World. Each World keeps its own bin, so what you discarded in one World stays with that World.
  • Restoring does not cost or refund credits. Discarding a picture does not give credits back, and restoring one does not charge you. The bin is simply a safety net for changing your mind, not a billing action.

So feel free to generate a few options and discard freely while you find the right look. Nothing you make is truly lost, and it costs nothing to reconsider.
